Support
There is no published support email on this site. Do not send purchase tokens, connection logs, packet captures, or package names to anyone claiming to represent Keeplatch by mail that is not listed here.
In the app
Open Keeplatch. Help → Stored data names what stays on the device. Settings locates privacy, terms, and support. Granting VPN permission does not start a trial. Declining that permission does not start a trial either.
Subscriptions
Restore purchases and manage the subscription in Google Play. Play decides trial eligibility. Prices and the amount that will be charged are quoted by Play, not by this page.
Purchase disputes and refunds go through Google Play. A refund or revoke ends firewall access.
Local data
To access or delete local data, uninstall the app or export then discard the backup file. The verification server does not keep traffic logs. Network traffic, connection logs, installed apps, and firewall rules stay on this device.
If protection stopped
When protection is not active the app simply stops filtering. Your internet is never cut off to push you into paying. If you turned on Android’s always-on VPN with “Block connections without VPN”, that system setting can still cut connectivity when the firewall stops — turn it off in Android settings.
